Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Synchroverse, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevented access to the Service for an extended period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • First-time subscriptions within 7 days of purchase (if minimal usage)

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have not used a significant portion of your included minutes
  • You can demonstrate the Service does not meet your needs
  • Technical limitations prevent you from using the Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Used voice minutes or consumed resources
  • Additional avatar purchases after use
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Partial month usage (no prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions)
  • Services rendered during the billing period
  • Third-party add-ons or integrations

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the annual term
  • No refunds are provided for early cancellation unless specified above
  • Cancel through your account settings or by contacting support

5. Overage Charges

Overage charges for exceeding your plan's included minutes are generally non-refundable as they represent services already rendered. If you believe overage charges were applied in error, please contact support within 30 days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@synchroverse.ai
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of our decision.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first at billing@synchroverse.ai. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and may delay resolution.

9. Promotional Offers

Special promotional pricing, discounts, or trial offers may have different refund terms which will be disclosed at the time of purchase. The terms specified in the promotional offer take precedence over this general policy.

10. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits can be applied to future billing periods and do not have cash value. Credits expire 12 months from issuance.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
